Each apartment, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs, is composed of a living room with lounge and dining room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
4 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160 * 200.
2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds 80 * 200 which can be joined to form a bed 160 * 200.
The sofa is convertible and extra beds and baby beds are available on request.

Our laundry service allows us to offer bed linen and towels for rent. For €20 / person, you will have a bed set and 2 bath towels.
Cleaning fee: €300
Payment procedure: 50% upon booking for the deposit, non-refundable (but reusable for a future stay within 365 days following the deposit); 50% remaining 6 weeks before arrival, refundable under conditions;
Cancellation conditions: No refund 1 week before arrival; 10% will be refunded 2 weeks before arrival; 20% 3 weeks before... up to 50% 6 weeks before arrival.
Deposit: A deposit of €1500 by transfer is required before arrival, which will be released within 15 days of departure. In the event of damage or non-compliance with the cleaning instructions resulting in additional cleaning costs, all or part of the deposit will be retained with supporting photos.
